Abstract	Es wird ein Ausbildungskonzept für Supervisoren vorgestellt, das sich die Erkenntnisse der Forschung zum Training des Beraterverhaltens zunutze macht und im Sinne des "integrated didactic and experiental approach" (Carkuff/Truax 1965) durchgeführt wird. In Fortführung des Gedankens von Korner und Brown (1952) zum "Third Ear" wird eine reale Supervision von ca. 45 Minuten Dauer in einen Nebenraum übertragen und dort von einem Kontrollsupervisor fortlaufend kommentiert. Die Videoaufzeichnung dieser "Kontroll-Supervision" wird vom angehenden Supervisor und seinen Supervisanden im Anschluß an die Supervision analysiert. (DIPF/Orig.) A concept for instruction of supervisors is presented. It makes use of the perceptions of research in training of advisor behaviour and is practised in the sense of the „integrated didactic and experiential apporach“ (Carkuff/lhiax 1965). In continuation of the idea of Korner and Brown (1952) concerning the „Third Ear“, a real supervision of about 45 minutes is transmitted into the room next door and commentated there continuously by a controlling supervisor. Next to the supervision the videotape of that "control supervision" is analysed by the aspiring supervisor and his supervisands. (DIPF/Orig.)
