Abstract	Entrepreneurship education (EE) is key to human development and job creation. It has been recognized as a catalyst for enhancing the entrepreneurial intentions (EI) of the increasing graduate population in Africa. However, existing studies focus on the direct relationship between EE and EI without considering other cognitive and transversal skills that can indirectly influence EI. Based on the structural equation model, this study examines EE's direct and indirect impact on three sets of university students' entrepreneurial outcomes (entrepreneurial mindset (EM), entrepreneurial skills (EM), and EI) using Ghana as a case study. The results reveal that ignoring the indirect impact of EM and ES can undermine the significant relationship between EE contents and EI. ES and EM have a significant direct effect on the EI of university students. EE policies should focus on developing good practices and pedagogies that enhance university students' cognitive and transversal skills. (HRK / Abstract übernommen).
