Abstract	Der vorliegende Bericht schaut aus Sicht von Bildungsgewerkschaften weltweit auf den Status von Lehrenden und den Lehrberuf. Er wird seit 2015 alle 3 Jahre publiziert. Im Jahr 2021 hat er ein besonderen Schwerpunkt auf die Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie auf den Lehrberuf. Der Bericht geht dabei in verschiedenen Kapiteln unter anderem auf folgende Themen ein: Professionalität und Status im globalisierten Bildungswesen (Intelligente Professionalität, Fluktuation, Arbeitsbelastung, Stress, Wohlbefinden, Prekarität der Arbeit, Privatisierung); Die Berichte von 2015 und 2018; COVID-19 als Schwerpunkt des Berichts von 2021; Wie ist der Status der Lehrkräfte im Jahr 2021?; Merkmale der nationalen Bildungssysteme; Bezahlung, Bedingungen und politische Fragen; Die Auswirkungen von COVID-19; Gewerkschaften, Regierungen und der Status der Lehrkräfte. This report looks at the status of teachers and the teaching profession from the perspective of education unions worldwide. It has been published every 3 years since 2015. In 2021, it has a special focus on the effects of the corona pandemic on the teaching profession.
