(DIPF/Orig.). Multi-professional cooperation between teachers and other educational staff is key for the success of all-day primary schools. This study examines how forms of cooperation (multi-professional exchange, multi-professional work organization at the classroom and pupil level) relate to teachers' job satisfaction and relief. While studies suggest links between cooperation and well-being, primary school data are lacking. This quantitative study (N = 222) shows positive associations between specific cooperation forms and well-being. This highlights multi-professional cooperation's importance for all-day primary schools. (DIPF/Orig.). |
