Abstract	Viele lebensweltliche Situationen sind geprägt von Komplexität. Der vorliegende Beitrag fokussiert auf die Transformation entsprechender komplexer, ernährungsassoziierter Phänomene aus der Lebenswelt in Bildungsinhalte. Einführend wird der zu Grunde gelegte Komplexitätsbegriff und die ernährungsökologische Modellierungstechnik vorgestellt. Darauf aufbauend werden Chancen qualitativer Modellierung für die didaktische Strukturierung ausgelotet. (DIPF/Orig.). Many real-world situations are characterized by complexity. This article focuses on the transformation of corresponding complex, nutrition-associated phenomena from the real world into adequate educational content. As an introduction, the underlying concept of complexity and the nutritional-ecological modeling technique are presented. Based on this, potentials of qualitative modeling for didactic structuring are explored. (DIPF/Orig.).
