Abstract	The aim of this formal interview is to give the floor to the first French professional referee to work for a Ligue 1 club. This type of career change, quite common in rugby, is only just beginning to emerge in European football. He talks about his pioneering and innovative activity. This Carte Blanche synthesizes several interviews and years of exchanges in the field. The former international referee describes his day-to-day life, talks about his evolving relationships with the various staffs, and is passionate about his educational role with players of all ages. Rather than focusing on technological rationality, the former international referee places his faith in training and the development of human capital. (Autor). Le but de cet entretien formalisé est de donner la parole au premier arbitre professionnel du football français embauché dans un club de Ligue 1. Cette reconversion, assez courante en rugby, se développe à peine dans le football européen. Il se livre au sujet de son activité pionnière et innovante. Cette Carte blanche synthétise plusieurs entretiens et des années d'échanges de terrain. L'ancien sifflet international détaille son quotidien, évoque ses relations évolutives avec les différents staffs, se passionne pour son rôle éducatif auprès des joueurs et joueuses de tous âges. Esta reconversión, bastante habitual en el rugby, apenas se está desarrollando en el fútbol europeo. Habla sobre su actividad pionera e innovadora. Esta sección "Carta blanca" sintetiza varias entrevistas y años de intercambios sobre el terreno. El exárbitro internacional detalla su día a día, habla de la evolución de su relación con los diferentes equipos técnicos y se muestra entusiasmado con su labor educativa con jugadores y jugadoras de todas las edades.
