| Abstract | This report presents the initial findings of the "University Climate at the INSPE of Martinique" survey, conducted between November and December 2025 by first-year students in the MEEF Master's program - specializing in Educational Supervision (University of the French West Indies). This survey follows a first edition, conducted in 2023. As in the first edition, the respondents (N=87) expressed latent dissatisfaction rather than outright discontent: the responses obtained show that the students clearly identified the structural weaknesses that negatively impacted their training (buildings in poor condition, inadequate learning resources, overloaded schedules, discrimination) as well as the factors that played a positive role (the commitment of certain teachers, the quality of the training offered, the spirit of mutual support among students). Compared to the results obtained in 2023, during the first edition of the survey, some indicators suggest a general deterioration of the university climate, with a significant increase in victimization and suffering rates, but also in the perceived level of risk. |
