Abstract	"Vocational rehabilitation in Germany is particularly characterized by interfaces. On the one hand, due to the large number of actors involved, on the other hand, due to the different stages of the rehabilitation process. Thereby, the interfaces with company actors must be considered as relevant for sustainable labor market integration. However, these interfaces have rarely been analyzed for Germany. How these interfaces are dealt with will be determined on the basis of the results of a mixed-methods research design. The focus is on social workers in vocational rehabilitation service providers who are particularly involved in such interfaces."
