| Abstract | "In order to understand why and how exclusionary logics of action are effective or shift at legal-institutional interfaces, the article discusses that everyday logics and, consequently, biographical and legal disadvantages of disabled people do not only arise due to external structures or attitudes, but also due to specific field logics and patterns of perception, evaluation and action. The latter in turn also structure everyday actions. After an exemplary look at disadvantageous patterns of action and structures in vocational training transitions in Germany, we ask how Bourdieu's Habitus and field theory can contribute to a deeper understanding of everyday company practices towards people with disabilities."
