Abstract	The Research and Development Plan 2024 begins with a look back at the events organised by the WE_OS to mark the anniversary year. During for in-person events and a series of ten online sessions, the topics "Rethinking Upper Secondary Education" and "Collaboration between Practise and Research" were thoroughly discussed, and opportunities for exchange with other experimental and university schools were offered. Following this retrospective, the current projects of the Research and Development Plan are presented, along with the development areas of the WE_OS. The plan concludes with a projection for the year 2025. (Orig. übernommen).
