Abstract	The Report focuses on assessing the application of the equal pay provisions in practice in EU Member States and predicts that, for the future, the main challenge for all of them will be the correct application and enforcement of the rules established by the Directive. The Report is accompanied by Annexes providing guidance on gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems, as well as an overview of the landmark EU and national case-law on equal pay and examples of national best practices.
