| Abstract | In recent years an American approach for imposing discipline in schools has spread out in Germany. This approach is based on the idea, that students with deficient behaviour can normalize it under supervision and counselling in a special room. The author criticizes that the acceptance of this and similar approaches indicates a fundamental change of perspective in the direction of a behaviour-training which blends out an understanding and analysis of the real life of students.
