Abstract	Das OLPC-Projekt versteht sich als Bildungsprojekt; es ist deshalb berechtigt, nach seinen pädagogischen Konzepten zu fragen. In den zugänglichen Dokumenten des Projekts findet sich ausschließlich der Bezug auf den Konstruktionismus nach Seymour Papert. In diesem Artikel werden deshalb die lehr- und lerntheoretischen Aussagen des Konstruktionismus und seine empirische Fundierung vorgestellt und bewertet. (DIPF/Orig.). From the introduction (translation): The OLPC project sees itself as an educational project, therefore it is legitimate to inquire as to its pedagogical concepts. This article presents and evaluates the teaching/learning theoretical statements by constructionism and its empirical substantiation. The introduction of computer technology alone does not necessarily result in a better or just suitable culture of learning - such as the buying of a microscope alone does not result in good biology lessons. So, nobody will expect this with XO laptops. Therefore, XO laptops are introduced together with the hopes of an overall educational project. The pedagogical concept behind it is called constructionism and is examined in the following.
