Sixty-five regional education bureau and 50 woreda education office employees were selected with proportional stratified random sampling. One sample t-test, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and linear regression were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that employees were significantly dissatisfied. Regarding organizational location, there were no significant differences in satisfaction between employees of regional education bureau and woreda education offices except working condition, supervision, and organizational policies and practice.
