Abstract	Throughout the professional life, individuals stemming from cultures and from different generations are brought to work together.This implies a new questioning of the concept of social skills, when the jobs evolve and when it becomes increasingly necessary to develop the collective intelligence (Bellier, 2000).This article suggests reporting an exploratory study, to try to determine the influence of sociocultural and generational diversity on the individuals' motivation and development.From the articulation of the theoretical and methodological scopes of "cours d'action" (Theureau, 2004, 2006) and "approche sociotechnique" (Albero, 2010), it is a question of identifying the incidence of the interactions stemming from a plural collective on construction of the individual experiment (Zeitler, Guérin & Barbier, 2012), within an environment of formation which mobilizes active pedagogy and approach by the experiment. (DIPF/Orig.). Tout au long de la vie professionnelle, des individus issus de cultures et de générations différentes sont amenés à travailler ensemble. Ceci implique un nouveau questionnement de la notion de compétences sociales, à l'heure où les métiers évoluent et où il devient de plus en plus nécessaire de développer l'intelligence collective (Bellier, 2000). Cet article propose de rendre compte d'une étude exploratoire, pour tenter de déterminer l'influence de la diversité socio-culturelle et générationnelle sur l'engagement et le développement des individus. A partir de l'articulation des cadres théoriques et méthodologiques du cours d'action (Theureau, 2004, 2006) et de l'approche sociotechnique (Albero, 2010), il s'agit d'identifier l'incidence des interactions issues d'un collectif pluriel sur la construction de l'expérience individuelle (Zeitler, Guérin et Barbier, 2012), au sein d'un environnement de formation qui mobilise pédagogie active et approche par l'expérience.
