| Abstract | Personality formation, its correction in physical, human, moral and social terms rarely happens by itself, as it requires goal setting and pedagogical support from the university educational system. The article contains the description of the author's system of implementation of educational autogenic training in the university teaching process at physical education classes. This program is used in the training process of Academy of Arts and Culture for self-development of social and moral qualities of students, normalization of mental states of anxiety and depression. Educational autogenic training classes require a certain conation from students - regular classes. Volitional processes are a complex mental phenomenon. Self-management and manifestation of conation contribute to the stability of an individual, and thus mental and physical health and increase of vitality, physical working capacity and optimism. In the course of educational autogenic training at physical education classes the mental sets to self-development and self-improvement are created, which provides for the formation of the professional orientation of an individual student. Later in the course of activity mental sets are fixed and transformed into social ones. Verf.-Referat. |
