Abstract | "This paper examines the aims and processes of a curriculum support materials project in Kenia, designed to promote education for sustainable development among primary school children". The material is the "Pied Crow Environment Special Magazine"", produced six times a year and distributed to primary schools throughout the country. The article analyses design and production of the magazine, funding curriculum innovation, the language policy represented in the materials, pupil and teacher responses to the magazine.
