Abstract | Using the exploratory data analysis method of median polishing, the institutional and departmental satisfaction of women who recently entered the academic profession was examined. Results indicated that satisfaction differed by institutional type (Carnegie classifications) and discipline type (pure versus applied). (Author/MLW) |
