It aligns two frameworks (Cultural Proficiency and Cognitive Coaching), both of which are grounded in the idea that change is a personal, inside-out process. The 2nd Edition of this book extends and enhances conversations about accountability and assessment of educator's work focused on closing instructional and opportunity gaps in North American schools.
