| Abstract | Often teachers do not think through how to ask for what they want, or they are too busy to even try. That attitude can result in missed opportunities. And grumbling in the faculty lounge, rather than raising the issue with the boss, will not get the results. In this article, the author talks about the importance of the ask and describes how to ask a principal for anything. She points out that all it takes is the right time, the right place, and a little forethought. (ERIC). |
