Abstract | The authors of this paper are engaged in studying the organizational culture and achievement motive, by carrying out their studies among the students of the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad, AP Vojvodina, Serbia. The problem of this paper's research was set by the question: is there a connection of a dominantly present organizational culture and development of achievement motive of the students of the Faculty of Management? The subject of the research conducted is the connection of the context of organizational culture and the development (level, expression) of the achievement motive of the students of the Faculty of Management during the studies, from the first to the fourth year of studies--longitudinal. The research goal is to examine the connection of the context of organizational culture of the tasks and development of achievement motive of the students at the mentioned faculty, from the first to the fourth year of studies. The findings that the authors have reached can be used for further, more detailed studies, as well as for planning the changes of organizational culture of educational institutions, and the curricula as well.
