Abstract | A particular challenge in any campus environment is determining how requests for access to services and resources are managed. Who decides the technology, infrastructure, policy, business process and procedure? The involvement of key institutional leaders and stakeholders in identity management governance is the driving force behind the way the University of Wisconsin-Madison approaches identity management. This article provides a road map and benefits of the process used at UW to build an inclusive and effective identity management governance framework. (As Provided). |
