Abstract | Describes how parental involvement is considered a remedy for many educational problems by educators. Conducts meta-analysis to synthesize the quantitative literature on the relationship between parental involvement and gifted development. Concludes that internal effects for gifted development have a stronger relationship than parents' socioeconomic status. (Contains 21 references.) (Author/YDS) |
