Abstract | A study of 153 Israeli nurses (84 full time) tested the part-time/full-time dichotomy and a continuous scale of actual work schedules, finding neither significantly related to job satisfaction and commitment. Preferred work schedule and scheduling control were significant determinants of work attitudes. (SK) |
