Abstract | Instructional technology can be used to support teaching excellence, even during financial constraint. Strategies include institutional initiatives for developing a technology plan and for use of electronic classrooms, and diverse classroom initiatives. The major issue for funding technology is lack of institutional planning for both acquiring and retiring technology, but a variety of tactics are possible. (MSE) |
