Abstract | A survey of 150 Maltese public school administrators found that about 20% viewed their job as very stressful. Respondents reporting greater stress levels were least satisfied with their administrator role. Four major stress factors were lack of support and conflict resolution problems, inadequate resources, workload, and work conditions and responsibilities. Certain demographic variables interacted significantly with these stress factors. (MLH) |
