Abstract | Assigned undecided college students (n=112) at two universities to computer-assisted guidance systems (CACG) and career planning course, career planning course alone, or CACG and introductory business or psychology course. Findings demonstrated effectiveness of career planning courses and of CACG. Assigning students to both treatments may be inefficient use of career counseling resources. (Author/NB) |
