Abstract | Secondary and postsecondary vocational students (N=299) completed the Affective Work Competencies Inventory, and 23 trade and industrial teachers completed student rating scales. Teacher-student perceptions were most similar for the competencies "responsive" and "emotionally stable." Most of the predictive relationships were not high, and perceptions differed on a number of competencies. (SK) |
