Abstract | Surveyed 82 psychologists who had left college counseling center position to examine job satisfaction in counseling center work. Findings suggest that majority of those who leave counseling centers go to other counseling centers and that career decisions of women counseling psychologists are becoming less affected by geographic/family considerations and more comparable to those of men.
