Abstract | Work-related reinforcer patterns may be influenced by fieldwork and work experience. Such patterns may differ depending on the respondent (student, therapist, or supervisor). A study of 120 Alberta occupational therapists and students determined that such differences could be a factor contributing to the disenchantment recent graduates find with traditional institutional settings.
