Abstract | The Division of Medicine of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services identified 194 essential nonclinical skills and developed four model medical faculty development curricula exemplifying appropriate ways to conduct faculty development for different types of faculty members. Forty-one recommendations for future faculty development programs were also made. (MSE) |
