Abstract | Surveyed 80 Black adults to measure knowledge and attitudes about mental health agencies and counselors and recommend strategies for better mental health service delivery. Findings suggested Blacks know the locations of some agencies and are familiar with their services, although 90 percent had never used them. Most had positive attitudes. (JAC) |
