Abstract | A study of 20 faculty involved in deliberation on issues of liberal education showed striking polarities in criteria for assessing liberal education. The visceral-priorities schema, it is suggested, may have potential for reducing the confusion that hampers discussions of liberal education. (Author/MLW) |
