Abstract | Changes in empathy for and understanding of students was examined in a group of vocational education teachers of disadvantaged students following an intensive in-service workshop using a "group process" model. The purpose of the workshop was to develop greater understanding of disadvantaged students who had been "turned off" by the typical high school program. (Editor/HD) |
