Abstract | Potential Title VII financial liability, not only for lawyer's fees and court costs, but also for back pay awards, should provide the needed stimulus for union and management to accept altered arbitration as a method of resolving employment discrimination claims. Altered arbitration would be an effective way to limit their financial liability. (LBH) |
