Abstract | As colleges and universities work to address unwelcoming campus climates for LGBTQ+ students, faculty, and staff, scholars must reflect on extant literature to propose future possibilities to address institutional inequities. This qualitative content analysis employs a critical queer framework to investigate how four leading student affairs practitioner journals represent best practices toward the support of LGBTQ+ identities. We explore implications for queering practice and scholarship to advance representation and support for multiple LGBTQ+ identity experiences. (As Provided). |
