Abstract | School psychologists around the nation serve an ever-growing diverse population of children and youth. Despite school psychologists working with children, teachers, and parents who are racially and ethnically diverse, school psychology itself remains largely White and female-identifying (Goforth et al., 2021). Multiple issues contribute to the lack of diversification of the field, the focus of this article being recruitment practices and retention of school psychology students from racially and ethnically minoritized backgrounds.
