Abstract | This chapter synthesizes three themes that unite this book's chapters, including critical hope, agency within equitable contexts, and social capital. In addition to descriptions and examples of each theme, the chapter provides recommendations for future research and implications for practice to enhance the experiences of mid-career faculty.
