Abstract | This policy brief offers a short discussion on how workplace bullying is a human rights violation when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is considered. Workplace bullying as an international issue should be prohibited. Higher education is particularly important in this context because there is a higher frequency of workplace bullying in higher education and higher education plausibly is in a viable position to end the lack of dignity experienced by those dealing with workplace bullying.
