Abstract	The aim of this study is to evaluate the Turkish education system in the context of learning organizations according to the opinions of prospective teachers. In this study, in which qualitative research methods and techniques were used, the 4th grade students of Akdeniz University Faculty of Education, Department of Preschool Teaching, who took the school management course in the Turkish Education system, were asked to present their opinions and suggestions. The data were collected using the documentation technique. As a result of the research, some suggestions were made regarding the decrease in quality and quantity problems by giving place to the opinions of the teacher candidates about the Turkish Education system.
