Abstract	Using a case study approach, this paper recommends a SEM project management system for organizing and maintaining SEM implementations and maintenance. Through the practical application of SEM concepts to an active SEM implementation plan, the author applies a model of a project management methodology. First, an institutional profile along with an explanation of the SEM journey is discussed. Second, Scrum project management methodology--the inspiration for the proposed SEM project management tool--is introduced. Third, a suggested plan for future adaptation is provided. Results showed that a project management system can mitigate some of the chaos that accompanies an institutional shift in identity. (As Provided).
