Abstract | We examined the psychometric properties of the Short Grit Scale with a sample of school counselors. The confirmatory factor analysis resulted in a modified 2-factor solution and internal reliability estimates were satisfactory. Furthermore, participants' grit inversely correlated with their stress and burnout. We discuss the implications of these findings. (As Provided). |
