Abstract	The article is devoted to the experience of traditional nature conservation when it needs to adapt social and natural systems to global climate change. The study provides a brief overview of the regulatory and legal aspects of decision issues concerning land management in Altai region in the context of the problems involved. We also studied problems of adaptation of local people to conditions of current ecological crisis by using modern technologies, such as RES (renewable energy sources). We conclude that state regulation of the processes of adaptation of local population to climate change is now urgently required. (As Provided).
