Abstract | Examining the extent at which work-family conflict and job satisfaction could predict the labour turnover intentions among lecturers, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, as a case study, is the purpose of this study. 229 (95%) respondents out of 240 returned their copies of the questionnaire for data analysis. The results reveal that there was a statistically significant (p>0.05) influence of work-family conflict, and job satisfaction on labour turnover intentions among lecturers, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, as perceived.
