| Abstract | This article discusses a student project that highlights the value of printed employee newsletters as an internal communication tool for organizations. The project provides specific information and directions on how to develop an employee newsletter on human resource topics. Microsoft Word 2007 is used for newsletter formatting. The article also provides instructions for the teacher on how to conduct the project, which can be replicated in any subject area. The project has both practical as well as developmental value--students learn to research and summarize relevant information. (As Provided). |
