AbstractChristian schools seek to educate students from a biblical worldview to produce graduates who know God and can discover their unique role in furthering God's kingdom. To achieve this goal, Christian schools need teachers steeped in a biblical worldview. However, studies have shown that many Christian school teachers trained in secular educational settings and the majority of those who consider themselves Christian do not have a biblical worldview (Barna, 2022; Finn et al., 2010). Human and faith development theories inform that humans can develop their moral and worldview faculties giving hope that Christian school teachers can develop their biblical worldview. Therefore, this study investigated if there was a difference in Christian school teachers' engagement in worldview developing activities and their biblical worldview scores. Christian school teachers who serve in Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) accredited PK-12 and K-12 schools were recruited via email to partake in this research. Participants engaged in an online survey comprised of the Three-Dimensional Worldview Survey (3DWS) and an additional 12 question survey on biblical worldview shaping activities derived from the literature review. Participants' information was kept confidential, and the results were coded and generalized. The data gathered from the study were analyzed utilizing a t-test for independent means to determine if there was a statistically significant difference in the mean response score for biblical worldview shaping activity engagement of Christian school teachers who have Developed Biblical Worldview scores and Christian school teachers who have Underdeveloped Biblical Worldview scores. Analyzing the data from this study should inform Christian school teachers and leaders on how they can further develop their biblical worldview.
