Abstract | While diversity within the technology industry has been critical for developing robust and creative technology solutions, recruiting and retaining diverse tech talent in today's society has been a challenge worldwide, especially for Black learners and workers. Subsequently, the technology field is left lacking in diversity of thought and perspective among technology industry practitioners and leaders. By examining peer-reviewed journal articles, statistical data from research reports, and website material from professional associations, this landscape scan synthesizes existing research and curates programs, services, and supports that effectively promote the success of Black learners and workers within technology career pathways.
