Abstract	The "IDRA Newsletter" serves as a vehicle for communication with educators, school board members, decision-makers, parents, and the general public concerning the educational needs of all children across the United States. The focus of this issue is "Education Policy." Contents include: (1) Texas Legislature Concentrates on School Funding (Morgan Craven); (2) New Discipline and Safety Policies for Texas (Morgan Craven); (3) Accountability Measures Set to Respond to Public Pressure: Changes Made to STAAR; Individual Graduation Committees Extended (Morgan Craven); (4) College Access Legislation Increases Transparency and Adds Funds to TEXAS Grant Program (Morgan Craven); and (5) Education Impact of Supreme Court Decision on Citizenship Question: IDRA Statement on Education Impact of Supreme Court Decision Blocking Citizenship Question on 2020 Census.
