Abstract	The present study was conducted to explore the awareness of the Clean India Mission among higher secondary students of Kanya Kumari District. The objective was to find out the level of awareness and to find out the significant difference in the awareness of the Clean India Mission among higher secondary students of KanyaKumari District in relation to the medium of instruction, gender and locality of higher secondary students.
