AbstractRegardless of such efforts, research has revealed persistent declines of American male presidents, senior executives, executives and faulty administrators employed at PWHEIs. This narrative study explores the individual and specialized comprehensive practices of thirteen African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and faulty administrators employed at PWHEIs. Research continues to show a deficient presence of African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators deployment. Therefore, causing a focused effort on the strategies utilized for trajectory and long-term sustainability while employed at a PWHEI. The researcher exploited and deployed a focused illustration of 13 full time African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators' deployment to precisely express (imitate) the true understandings of this marginalized group. The researcher interviewed a wide-ranging cross-section of 13 African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators concerning their experiences and path to obtaining greater access to leadership roles (employment) throughout PWHEIs. The discoveries were conclusive and gave indication that while the enrollment of White students have decreased, White presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators throughout PWHEIs remain dominate. The African American student enrollment throughout PWHEIs and the United States (US) have increased and the elevation African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators of PWHEIs have decreased. Research further showed these decreases of African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators of PWHEIs continue to be due to the deployment of support programs and deficiencies of key strategies. A small number of individuals have direct admittance to these exclusive communal positions, this qualitative study augments the significance to the resources accessible to subsequent generations of African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators of PWHEIs. This study is intended to make available an awareness and thoughtfulness into the noteworthiness and specifics of strategies for increasing the presence of African American male presidents, senior executives, executives and tenured faculty administrators of PWHEIs.
